I'll ride from home at Killara via St Ives thru Cascades to meet you at Wyatt St. Hopefully you can then show me some new areas of Cascades that i don't know.

How good was that?

Rob, if I'm in training I do this loop and at the end of the sniggle that follows Mona Vale Rd I head on to Terrey Hills (via Mona Vale Rd) and then do Duck Holes, Waratah and Centre track and then complete the loop. A touch over 50k's and most of it offroad and varied terrain.
Hey, interesting route.. I've not done many of those tracks that you've shown.....
Will have to try them out someday! It surely is mostly offroad, just acron and a bit of mona vale that is on road.....
How technical is that technical downhill? Have yet to try that too...
Paul, that sounds like an awesome training route! Will have to try it with you sometime.
So far to get 50kms, I usually just do Duck, Waratah, Centre, Perimeter and Long.... but that has nothing as challenging as cascades in there... Your 50 sounds much better!
