Phil Simmons (general sports store on George St) has an Australia cycling kit. I saw it the other day.
You could get a custom designed Jersey. Then no one else with have the same Jersey.

Haven't tried but seems half reasonable if you have some artwork or skills to make it happen not to mention the time to wait (3 weeks)
