Details:
To compliment the social ride here's the more serious one.
You know the drill, we will start from the Tavern and ride Duck Hole + Centre + Perimeter + Long and back to Tavern.
This is a training ride and you should expect to only unclip once the whole ride - at the North end of Centre Track.
We may or may not slow down if/when the social group is met - either way, at least we can get social with them afterwards at the Tavern.

At the turnoff to Terrey Hills/Duck Holes track i.e. just off McCarrs Creek Rd.
re-name it the Roid Boy Only Ride...
But that would exclude 'roid girls like you, Blondie.
That was a great ride all the way at my current limit. I need to spend a little more time on the bike than I have been lately and if I move up to a slightly taller gear I may be able to hold on to you guys.
