Lost Specialized Bike Computer at Cascades
Folks
I lost my specialized bike computer on the Cascades track on Sunday morning. I believe it came off on the downhill from Douglas Street exit or possibly on Lower Cambourne. I noticed it was missing at the creek crossing but I definatelty had it when starting out at Douglas street.
if anyone found/finds it, you'll make a MTB'er very happy. Please PM me

Arrrrrrrgh.......
Time was pretty good, something was up though was miles off my threshold heartrate and unable to get on top of my gears.
Finished the ride with a pain in the guts that would kill a brown dog. Pulled over to let one horse rider pass by safely for 30 secs or so on the trail and stopped the clock accordingly, don't think it makes much difference time wise.
On the way home had to pull into the mobil servo on mona vale road for a rather explosive fart. Felt much better after that. Thanks Mobil service stations. You rock!!
Will add Garmatron link bit one day when I work it out....

Great condition - haven't done this before - great climb, good incline, keeps the ticker up the whole way

RNP Evening - Night Lap
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
MEETING POINT IS DIFFERENT TO THE NORMAL RIDE DATABASE. Meet just past the Primary school at the end of Grays Point Rd, grays Point
Was planning on riding for a couple hrs, doing the Full lap of the RNP
Riding pace will be brisk with limited stops, terrain will be fairly friendly and not to technical.

Duck Hole/Terrey Hills Trail update for 13 Mar
Dry and smooth. Watch the waterbars going down the steeper part of Duck Holes - some loose babyhead rocks strewn across the line in a few places.

Bottom section is eroded but still easily ridable, top tracks are perfect
