Terrey Hills update for 28 Nov
The track is great. Only marked amber as there is a tree down across the track at beginning of Perimeter. I didnt see it till the last second and almost went into it. You can ride around it but it can take you by surprise.

Much better, but couldnt crack 1 hr
Changed the rear tyre from 2.35 Nevegal to 2.0 Larsen TT and dropped the Talas to 5 inches and then shave 4 minutes off last weeks time. Also had to slow down twice due to horses and twice for a fallen tree across track. Very happy with this time 
Not too bad for first time
Only did track for the first time yesterday, so happy with that for starters. Still a good minute or two to take out of that time.

hey guys, a friend has just broken his dérailleur hanger on his gt avalanche 1.0, does anyone know where i can pick one up from in Sydney please? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Track pretty much dry with only two or three puddles. Goes Well!!

Smashing Glenrock!
Went for my earliest ride at Glenrock this summer & really was hammering-why?.Started at Gunclub Rd over to the Merewether Heights side-right across to Elves Rock,nearly ran over 2 shitty little Fox Terriers near Burwood Rd-peeled off Fernleigh track up to the DJ section & back to car.Was climbing like demon & decending the same- only can think that since I start work at 6am 5 days a week body is used to being on the go then!

all good-cleared all the spider webs this morning with an early start-just look out for walkers disobeying the NO DOMESTIC PETS signs with their uncontrollable dogs!!!
