The Croc Trophy voting
Most of you will be aware of the competition running at http://www.burningtrails.com/ to win a ticket to the Croc Trophy and we are now down to the final 3 contestants so get your votes in asap.
I'm asking for your help to get Jambs Lamb across the line, he really wants to do this race and is training hard for it.
He regularly hits the podium at races including in the Elite category solo at the recent JetBlack 12 hour and is an awesome athlete.

Three Ring Circus
Had a good day at the Three Ring Circus.
Lots of people there and made the first 10km like Parramatta Rd Morning Peak Hour.
Hard to get into a good rythm till everyone spread out a bit. I started way down in the pack so had to pass alot of people who "thought" they were fast and were up in the front groups.
Nice mix of firetrail and single track, although more single track would have been nice.
Felt fairly good and finished in a reasonable time. Did not eat anything and only had maybe 300-400ml of water, probably should of had more but i didnt feel that i needed it.

Three ring Fun
Was at the three ring today with my brother & his son we did the three ring as a team . Nephew went first on the blue then my brother on the red & last myself on the yellow . Was a great day had by all only a few dramas I heard about a few ppl got a ride in ambulances & a helicopter not long into the raceon the red leg , I think they forgot to use ther brakes, one person went over the bank on the roller section of the course.
Where are the hills?
I commute from Petersham to Parramatta each day - through Leichhardt, Five Dock, Concord, Olympic Park, over Silverwater Road.... BUT, there are hardly any hills! I go over a few little ones through Concord and one in Leichhardt (Marion St) but I need MORE! Does anyone know of some good ones (3 or so minutes to the top would be good) somewhere between the inner west and Parramatta?? It'd be great if they were without heaps of traffic or traffic lights - a little circuit would be ideal and it doesn't need to be on the route I currently use.
