Dirtwork - How Wet Are the Trails??
If anyone has been up this week or is going up this weekend, please let us know how muddy it is.
Lane Cove National Park
I'm assuming the dam is still closed and at best very wet still. Thought I might try and explore closer to home round Lane Cove National Park. Anybody know where best to access these and which tracks I should be looking out for? How wet will it be?

Mountain Bike Trips from Sydney to Canberra
Just a brief email to introduce myself. I’m putting together a small mtnbike travel company which will take riders from Sydney –pick ups at St Ives, North Sydney and Campbelltown– to Canberra for mtnbike trips. Trips will leave Sydney on Saturday morning and return to Sydney on Sunday night. All meals, transport –including bike transport– and accommodation is included. As I live on the North-side of the bridge it would be great to work closely with NoBMob.
Adventure Activity Standards
Hey all new Adventure Activity Standards are slowly being introduced around the country. Now is NSWs turn
These standards do have the potential to effect Mountain bike clubs and groups. While they are "voluntary guide lines" if something was to go wrong on a ride you had organised and those guide lines hadn't been met weren't followed you could be in the poo
While our advice is it wont effect racing it will effect social rides and guided tours type stuff and so could have some impact on sites like this promoting social rides.
Last Chance Distance Ride for DW
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Park opposite/beside Terrey Hills shops, corner Booralie Rd/Yulong Ave. Or in the small carpark next to the RFS station & community centre.
As I missed riding last weekend I need to get a decent distance in before DW. So I'm planning on doing around 50km to fire the legs up and feel a bit better for next Sunday (althougn I'm doing the 100km so will have to wing the 2nd half!).
Plan is to do Centre/Duckholes or whatever and then a few trails accessed off the road into Ku-ring-ai. Then maybe Perimeter/Long depending on how I feel.
Pace will not be quick but I don't plan on larking about 
Open to all and somebody with a bit more familiarity of the trails would be most welcome.
Schwalbe Tubes - anyone know where I can get some?
I am after some Schwalbe 20" tubes.
Particularly Schwalbe because they have replaceable presta valves.
If anyone can advise a bike shope that has them I'll be most appreciative.
