anyone keen to hit up stromlo dh on the 1st? probably my last bike weekend away i can swing for a while with a new bambino set to arrive in couple of months 
so I thought stromlo dh might be just the ticket!

Sheldon Brown has passed away
I have just become aware that one of the great characters of the cycling world has passed away. He will be sorely missed, although at a time when old school is cool he will live on in every home built single speed or 'weird bike' as he called some of his creations. For those of you who may know, Dorel is a Montreal-based company that had previously acquired Pacific Cycle and GT. Pacific Cycle will be a separate division, no mention yet about whether the GT brand will be part of that division.

Hi,
Just thought I'd post up a ride that I'm keen to do. Its mostly firetrail with some singletrack and some hills thrown in for good measure.
Probably enter the park hang a left, may detour up to pennant hills park and back down the main firetrail all the way to the end.
