Recovery is a biatch 2

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

Update 7th Feb 2008
So this afternoon I went out to see the surgeon CT scans and x-rays in hand feeling a little nervous. Its been a long time off the bike and the last thing I wanted was news of another operation and three to six more months off the bike.

Scans below....
CT Scan repaired arm 1CT Scan 2

My progress has been ok, I now have most rotation back and I can totally straighten and bend my arm....as I walked in I thought to myself "be positive! there is nothing to be nervous about, your recovering well damn it!"

Wanted - Old Hard tail for Single Speed conversion

Wanted an old hard tail for conversion to a single speed, preferrably with a good set of suspension forks. The rest of the running gear will proably be replaced.

Frame size = large (I'm 6 foot) and frame and forks should have disc brake mounts

Give me a call or send a PM if you have something I may be interested in.

CT Scan 2

From this angle you can actually see that the joint is all lined up....happy days!

CT Scan repaired arm 1

All looks good on the scan, plate stays for now....the funny jagged edge on the scan near the plate is the plate messing with the electronic field of the scan...apparently quite normal.
