Very wet this morning, lots of puddles around and some quite large. I won't be riding it again until its had a day or two of sun, it's soaked!!

Very dry... actually quite sandy and loose. Needs a bit of rain to pack it down and make it super fast!

Camden River update for 09 Dec
Had a great ride there this morning. Came across a low branch and helped a guy get move it out the way, then later on came across another group of riders clearing a recently fallen tree. I stopped to give these guys a hand too, it's nice to be part of a community where everyone is friendly and willing to dig in an help keep the trails clear.
There is still a big tree that is across the track but it needs a chainsaw to remove it, so just keep an eye out for this.

Manly Dam update for 09 Dec
I did a lonely early lap this morning. All clear and dry, even a bit sandy in places, so definitely "Green/Open".
Wildlife Report: No Butcher Bird, a few Ravens, and a couple of Trail Runners (left over from last week?). Also NB: judging from the half kg of spider webs I was wearing at the end, there will be a large number of homeless spiders around the track - so keep your wits about you!

Finally! Here it is!
The much anticipated video of our Boys Weekend Away mountain biking. A few nobmobbers, MGL Tipriders and a few other mates hit up Awaba, Glenrock then off up to Kirarrak in Taree. Temperature were hot, humidity was hot, riding was - awesome! i have linked together a few clips of the ride into a soundtrack that best reflects our age... I hope you enjoy! If you dont - im sorry, it is only my second attempt at this sort of thing... : )
What to do NYE 2012?
Martine and I did this event last year and all i'll say, It was one of the best and most fun events of 2011 and on an awesome 10km loop of switchback singletrack heaven!
Needless to say, We're going back down this year to compete again.

Ourimbah State Forest update for 08 Dec
Hot and dusty.
Watch for planks missing on the last bridge through Graveyard and few of the other bridges(don't know that names where they are close too). The wooden wall ride is closed due to damage as well.
Saw I guy that has snapped his ankle at the roll in/drop off.
