Lost Ipod - Manly Dam - by the pipeline
Hi everyone,
Last Sunday week I snapped my chain in the first third of the climb up the back side of Manly Dam extension next to the large water pipe. When I had finished repairing it I forgot to pick up a small Ipod, one of the old, old ones - Grey square with a small color screen.
If anyone happened to see it and picked it up I would really appreciate getting it back off ya!

Rocky trail 4 hr
Lap 2 of round 2 of the rocky trail 4 hour series. The track went the long way up the climb
Manly Dam update for 23 Sep
Track is in top nick. I rode it on Monday too and already there is noticeably less water near the creek and on the top firetrail. I say get out early tomorrow before the showers arrive......

My new hotrod - pre crack.
Before it broke... It weighed 8.0kg without pedals. 8.65kg with pedals, barends and GPS. Fastest MTB ive ever ridden.

Just up Jenkins Road from corner with Mount Faulk Road.
I was planning on racing there Sunday but as the weather is looking increasingly dodgy for Saturday night/Sunday morning I'm going to do a few laps Saturday arvo.
The pace will be a consistent social pace although I might have a go at the hot lap challenge that was just set up 
Red loop
Lap one one the profile. It actually includes the fire trail at the start as well. This was 2 complete red loops as there was no downhill on that day so they had the complete course in action.
