Feeling Tired
On the 29er. 2nd lap of the day. Feeling really tired from the start and ended up sleeping for 11 hours after this so I think my body was telling me something

I know we shouldnt laugh at crashes, however this is a absolute beauty from Starcrossed.
Manly Dam update for 25 Sep
Heavy rain overnight and early this morning on a trail on which there were still wet patches from the drenching we got weeks ago mean it is unsuitable to ride today.
If you really must get a ride in and trashing your drive train and brakes does not concern you, try the Duck Holes and Centre Track loop at Terrey Hills. This is probably the most wet-weather tolerant option we have on the Northern Beaches.

Thinking of hitting up the dam for a ride. Can anyone tell me how much rain has fallen that way?

Pleasantly surprised
Second lap. Time included a brief stop for a dropped chain on the trig track rockgarden and a second quick dismount for a stick in the rear derailleur at the top of Heartbreak Hill.
Considering my midweek riding has consisted only of spin classes at the local gym I was a bit surprised to have improved on my previous best - imagine if I was actually fit!

GT 2011 DJ bike that has been ridden only once.
It was bought mid august and selling due to too much time given to my other bike, and unfortunately not enough days in the week to be able to ride this one.
Bike is still in prime condition, as it was only taken out once for 2 hours. So it just sits in my spare room.
