RNP - Loftus trail maintenance day
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

New volunteers are always welcome, so, how's this...
- If you would like to become involved in the Loftus mountainbike track maintenance days, contact Ranger Grant Millar using the following email address...
[email protected] - The maintenance days are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
- The days start at 9am and usually run for 3 hours.
- The Ranger Station is located down Farnell Ave, in that little loop road next to the Royal National Park Station:

Just rode Perimeter and it's looking good. Don't even need to clean the bike

Lake Parramatta Reserve update for 18 Sep
Trails in great condition. Sounds like one of the few rides no snakes were seen over the weekend. Maybe we just didn't see them cause we were smashing ourselves and too busy to look down.
Hopefully we get plenty of pom feedback from mountain bikers to keep this place open to us.

Found- backpack at Terrey Hills
found today at the carpark opposite the shops at Terrey Hills. looks like someone has come back from a ride and forgotten to put the back pack in the car.
I've also left my contact details with the bottle O

Maybe it was seeing the snake that made me ride faster... nice 1.5-2m Red Belly Black on the trail after the creek....
Will add 'gates' later tonight....

Nice and dry. As previous post mention there is some water on the track between the creek and single trail. Also I spotted a 1.5 - 2m Red Belly Black snake sunning himself in the middle of the track just after the creek... so watch for that.

Red Belly Black Snake @ Manly Dam today
Saw a Red Belly Black @ about 2:30 today just after crossing the creek. Sitting in the middle of the track and not at all fussed as I rode past.
So if you see a shiny stick...... it's probably not a stick!
Anyone going to Yellowmungee Sunday - Can you please look for a Cannondale shoe in carpark

Did a night ride at Yellowmungee last night and seem to only have one shoe this morning.
Possibly left it in the carpark.. D'oh
So im wondering if anyone is going out today could have a quick look for me.

All good but surprised there were as many puddles from the creek to the single track.
Surf must be up as the track was empty at 9am.
BEWARE- Eurofest today if you take Bantry Bay Rd - was nearly taken out by a quad cab Bogan in a hurry to get amongst it
