Newbie BB Servicing Question...should be a quicky.
Hello all. Just a quick one, I'm trying to service my BB... but after watching a few youtube videos about it, I don't think it may be sealed for life and unserviceable.
What do I mean by that? Good question. So, I've taken the BB out of the bike and it looks like one of these:

Murrua and Grovernor Tracks closed due to burning off. Signposted re-open date is 11th of October. Real opening date... probably two weeks after that...

Bobbin Head update for 04 Oct
Track officially closed due to recent burn off around Ku-Ring-Gai Chase NP.
Should be open be next week.

Two bikes on inter-locking tracks, running a race/timed 3 laps.
Candidate for a hot lap challenge perhaps? Record appears to be 55 seconds - I managed 65 seconds after slipping of the pedals a few times.
Bit of fun whilst in Rotorua if you're not on the MTB tracks...
slow shifting??
hey so i was switching wheelsets and it didnt come off quite as smoothly as normal but all ended well with the roadies put on, put now my gear shifting is really really slow( like almost to the point of its pointless to shift..)...suggestions to what it could be? n how to fix it ? thanks
Red Hill update for 04 Oct
Rode Red Hill for the first time today so I'm not sure how it compares to normal. Some very wet track, crank deep puddles. The clay and sand was running pretty well considering the rain, rock runs/steps were great although quite slippery. Stayed well clear of the sand jumps etc as they will collapse.
