Found what looks like a house key on a red carrabina on Mona Vale Road. There is something particular about this key, let me know what it is and it's yours.

...this classic bike event looks worthy of a side trip to Tuscany...
"L'Eroica", a 200km randonneur in Tuscany that occurs every year in the first week of October.
Participants must use bikes no younger than 1987.

Nepean River View
This is an amazing view, the only thing that ruins it is the quarry on the other side.
The Gate
At the end of Riverview Rd you will find this gate which is the start off the trail so to speak. The Pavement only runs to top of the hill. A key Note to remember is for the return trip. Allot off speed can be gained coming back down and the last thing you want to be doing here is a superman impersonation.

Besides steep hills and loose rocks, it was a perfect and great ride.

Manly Dam update for 14 Mar
despite the rain last night the track is actually in better condition than yesterday the couple of puddles that were around have now dried up. A little sandy on top in a couple of spots but overall track is ready to go hopefully these big dirty clouds stay away and so does the rain.
