Had anybody got/know about on-the-fly adjustable seatposts.
There seem to be quite a few options out there.
so far i have found:

I have 1 big restriction: I have a Kona, which for some reason has a 30.0mm seatpost.
I don't mind using shims, but i obviously can't go any bigger.

any opinions welcome (expect for telling me that regular seatposts are height adjustable as well - i already know that)

The vegetable juice’s nitrate content may reduce oxygen uptake to an extent that cannot be achieved by any other known means, making exercise less tiring, according to findings published in the Journal of Applied Physiology. “We were amazed by the effects of beetroot juice on oxygen uptake because these effects cannot be achieved by any other known means, including training.”

Does anyone out there know of a DVD i can throw on while i participate in my new sport of Indoor bike training . I have a copy of the 2006 24 hour solo (where Craig Gordon proves Aussies are the toughest riders) and love the helmet shots . I kinda know the ending now and need more inspiration , and single track action . There are a few freeride / dirtjump DVD's but these dont help as i seem to like to ride to racing and single track better
