Old Man's Valley update for 30 Aug
Not just green, I'd call it hero dirt this morning.
Three small muddy spots on Lava Flow and that's it. Stay on the main line through those and your bike stays spotless.

Manly Dam update for 30 Aug
Just the usual slight bit of water running over the track. Very minor, otherwise all dry and busy with riders today. My 9yo did his first lap! Very proud dad.

This bike is an all rounder. It's set up as an xc bike but with its adjustable rear travel (to 125mm), this can be a great trail bike.
This components are bullet proof and as it's setup tubless, it won't leave you stranded at the side of trail. This is one tough bike!
I've just replaced the inner and outer cables and the rear triangle bearings were all replaced not too long ago. Drivetrain has been well looked after and still has plenty of life in it.

Bantry Bay update for 28 Aug
Rode KC, Mis, DD and Serrata trails yesterday (27 Aug), all are a little damp but fine to ride. Serrata is open per the National Parks Website: http://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/visit-a-park....

Bike Insurance Claim Times - Experiences Please
Hi Folks,
My bike was stolen and I have a claim in with No Worries Insurance. I submitted the claim (with all required documents, police report etc) 2.5 weeks ago and they still have not got back to me. I have been calling every couple of days for the past week, and they keep saying they are waiting to hear back from the underwriters.
Am I being impatient or unreasonable?
What have others experienced through companies like Velosure or others?

Advice on Single Speed frame wanted
Hi Team,
I'm posting this on behalf of a mate who's asked me to help him find a good SS frame. He's a serious rider who's unfortunately been bitten hard by the SS bug for many years. He's been riding Specialized Stumpjumper Single Speed which was pretty good for him but he's recently snapped the frame so needs a replacement.
