It's not every day I have praise for any shop, so I just want to put a good word in for the chaps at Netti.

Taskled MaxFlex

This is a TaskLED MaxFlex boost driver. It's about 25mm diameter and needs about 7mm depth to clear all components on both sides.

The lump of aluminium next to it (is 3mm thick, BTW) will be glued (with Artic Silver Thermal Epoxy) to the aluminium that the LEDs will be glued to (also with Artic Silver). The MaxFlex has a temperature sensor that reduces LED current if things get too hot - very nice touch.

Carlco + Khatod Lenses

Triple Khatod right, 2 x 10x10mm Carlco left. In the final light there will be another 10x10mm Carlco on the far right (out of shot).

The Carlco lenses are 16 degree, Khatod are 10 degree.

Carlco + Khatod Height

This shot was to check the height of a 10x10mm Carlco + square XPE (Cree) compared to triple Khatod lens ontop round XPE.

Think the longer legs on the Khatod need filling a little, but the 2x3mm alu (yes - those chunks of aluminium under the emitter/lens combo in the left are 3mm thick) is just about perfect, or will be when they get a little glue between them.

If I don't post it I won't go
So anyone up for a couple of laps or 3 maybe
Pace will be determined on the day
I've sworn off the 'roids, so pace won't be killer
Usual Bloot pace - smell the roses. That type of thing.
