Scott Reflex 15 2007 (Medium) SORRY, ITS SOLD

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

I have recently upgraded to the new Genius and have my Scott Reflex 15 full suspension bike on the market. The bike is in good condition, just 1 year old (purchased in Jan 2008) and has a brand new complete rear end on it thanks to Scott. The rear shock has just been serviced by Scott. The whole bike has just had a service, it has new brake pads, new small and middle rings on the front, a new Maxxis 2.35 Larson on the rear and a not too old Maxxis 2.35 Ignitor on the front, a great combo for sure grip and peddling/rolling.

Cupcake is out of our team thanks to some barbed wire at Lighgow which has festered into an infection - PLEASE WILL SOMEBODY REPLACE HIM???
The thought of my being on a five man team with these boys is too ghastly to contemplate

Menai morning fun

Below is a preview, click to read the full post
When:
Sunday, 15 February, 2009 - 07:30

The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

Ride Database Entry:
Menai (Lucas Heights)
Meeting Point:

By the sports field on Old Illawarra Road, Barden Ridge.

Show on Google maps: Meeting point. Login or register to get directions.

This is a social ride around what I believe to be some of the best trails in Sydney. There’ll be allot of fast flowing single track, technical descents, some tricky climbs and unfortunately some boring fire trail (but not much I promise).

The pace will be easy to medium, and there will be regular stops to make sure everyone’s together. As mentioned there are some technical descents that novices may find a bit tough, but there’s usually a ride around or there’s always the walking option.

Mid week Menai - Night Ride

When:
Wednesday, 18 February, 2009 - 20:00

The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

Ride Database Entry:
Menai (Lucas Heights)
Meeting Point:

By the sports field on Old Illawarra Road, Barden Ridge.

Show on Google maps: Meeting point. Login or register to get directions.

Going to tackle some of Menai's less technical trails for an hour and a half to two hours. I say less technical but beginners may find it a bit tricky as nearly every trail in Menia has either a small drop, jump, rock garden or tricky climb.

The pace will be fairly easy, as most night rides are, and we'll wait for anyone who may fall behind. So there's no chance of individually getting lost.

A good night-light will be needed along with reasonable night-riding skills.

Look forward to seeing you there.

Pre or post ride nutrition, you choose. This one is so simple even Steve 01 could make it, just make sure the tin doesn't explode:

This is arguably the best dessert in the world! A delicious layer of thick caramel on a biscuit base, topped with bananas and cream.

Serves 8-10
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Chilling time: 1½ hours

Ingredients Method
For the base:
100g (3½oz) butter, melted
250g (9oz) digestive biscuits

For the caramel:
