There's a car park (click for foggy picture) on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.
For those who missed out on an entry to the fat tyre festival here is a nice little 4 hr event on a great track.
WSMTB Club is holding the Pivot Summer Enduro Series which will be held at Yellomundee over Dec/Jan. The 4 hour series races will consist of 2 daytime and 1 twilight.

2008 NSW Mountain Bike Masters
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
North End of Red Hill Rd, Ourimbah State Forest. There's a large-ish parking area here, just off the main sealed road. There is also a smaller parking area a little further (400m or so from the road) where the trail splits - this second area is the usual meeting point. If you end up driving up a steep hill you've gone too far.

Lezyne Bladder Seal (zip-lock on steroids?)
Thought I should share this as couldn't find a picture of this Lezyne bladder anywhere on the 'net before I ordered it. Not that it appears a bad design, but one has to wonder how this 'zip-lock' style seal will hold up on the trail. Seems good enough from preliminary tests.
"Swing Out" Bike Rack Project
I have owned a goose neck bike rack forever and always been frustrated when the bikes are fitted and I want to open the tailgate. It is very difficult to fold down the rack once loaded. After a long time in the planning, dusted off the arc welder and created a swing adapter. Thought it worth sharing and may even inspire some new creations based on this design. Don’t believe there is a commercial version available for this particular tow bar and rack combination.
New Helmet
Well had to get myself a new helmet today.
Went to Red Hill with Tien and had a really stupid stack. Fell off and did a nice head butt to the sandstone! Cheapo Adura helmet saves the day but has a nice crack down the side.
Went and got myself a new Fox Flux which should offer even more protection.
I really should try and crash less

Yes - Mantoast, the 3 man team that swaps it's members more than any other is seeking member number 6, all before it's first race, you too can be a part of it's fascinating history!
We would ideally be looking for someone that has ridden this trail before and is prepared to bash out some semi half decent laps, or failing that anyone really
