Team mate required for BC Bike race
I am looking for a team mate male or female to do the BC Bike race which starts on June 28th 2009
This is a multi stage race over 7 days.
It is quite pricy but it is the best single track multi stage race in the world so worth it.
I am looking for someone reasonably fit, this is not a race for the week end warrior! I did the Cape Epic last year and I trained between 15 -25 hrs a week for 6 months to give you an idea how much commitment is required.

Great day for a fast one, did a warmup lap then went for it from the school above the hydralics lab.
Quite a bit of traffic (a typical Sunday), so had to slow down a bit.
Track was drying and firm most of the way with plenty of grip.
