Hayes El Camino Trails
Getting tired of the on going saga with the Juicy 5's. Does anyone ride with Hayes El Camino Trail brakes? Can't find any reviews on them other than whats on the Hayes site.

Lane Cove National Park
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Lexus dealership in Chatswood
This ride will start and end on road, until we reach the western side of De Burghs bridge where the fun begins with some off road trails out to Epping and back, may even do the hill up to Pennant Hills park.
There will be hills involved and should be a good test of fitness, only 30km its generally an out and back ride with two small loops.
I am using it as a training ride for Dirtworks 50km....so I aim to hit it at a reasonable pace with as little stops as possible so a good level of fitness is required.

dirt jumps for dummies (me!)
After making a bit of a tit of myself the other day at the big dirt jumps at red-hill (luckily noone was there to see!) I had some trouble with my positioning coming off all the steep yet smaller jumps than those crazy ones!, and was wondering if anyone has some advice on how to launch? I know a good bit of speed is required, and figuring out how to bunny hop without clipless pedals has been helpful, but should you keep your body weight back, or throw it forward like when bunny hopping?

Video Archive
Just to update the peeps on this site.
Rob and I are working a storage area for video footage for all our wonderful spills, adventures and other wonderful mishaps. For the time being YouTube or Video Google are still the go.
Idea of the new storage area is to enable direct links to post for the footage. It also will mean that as long as its of a .avi extension it will work. This also means there is no quality lost like YouTube etc.
Please be patient, we will let you know.
