Coaching Recommendation
Hi Guys,
I have been riding for a few years now, mainly All Mountain stuff and some Downhill on the North side and I've hit a bit of a wall when it comes to improving my skills. I have raced the last couple of Roller Coaster Gravity Enduro races and was a bit disappointed in my times.
Anyways, like a lot of others, I am self taught and I think that is where the problem is. So I've decide to get some coaching and was wondering if anyone can give me some recommendations for private coaching in Sydney. Any help is much appreciated.

Bantry Bay progress?
Hi NobMob'ers,
Does anyone have an update on the Bantry Bay trails? I've seen some building materials at the top of the natural bridge track and there's a new "Trail Closed" at the exit point near the bottom of the Currie Road fire trail.
So something's going on just can't find any info on start / end dates for construction.

St Helena update for 23 Apr
Overall St Helena is dry and fast. Single track towards the end is a little overgrown, but still safe. Still very enjoyable.

Ryland update for 23 Apr
Didn't ride it today, but there is a note on the gate advising of a Sydney Trail Running event on Saturday 26 April. Not sure if it will be closed to bikes, but at the very least, you will need to keep a good eye out for runners. Looks like they might be around other parts of Duffy's Forest / Terrey Hills as well, including Perimeter and Long Tracks.

Wildflower Garden update for 23 Apr
Sniggle from The Nursery through to Muppets is all good. Has had a bit of a hammering while wet, but pretty much dried out now, except for a couple of damp spots. There is a detour around the tree that is down across the track at the Nursery end.
