Back Protectors
So while I am sitting here recovering from a broken rib, posteriorly right next to my spine, I'm thinking I might invest in a spine protector before I get back on the bike.
So I am after the XC crew's thoughts on them, good/bad/worthwhile/waste of time?

I'm looking for someone serious but who would not chargean arm and a leg and would accept to re-build with a used rim and hub.

Quarry Road Track (Berowra Valley) update for 19 Oct
Watch out for a large tree across the track just before you reach the bottom as you come down from Hornsby side.
