8 - 8:30 Meet & Greet + OH&S Prep
8:30 - 12 We will be attacking the Lantana below the soccer fields.
12 - 12:30 Break for Lunch
12:30 - 4:00 Rock armouring a creek crossing.

New springwood resident!

Hi,
I recently moved to Springwood from the city and I am keen to meet up with a few local riders for some casual rides. I've been riding road bikes until last weekend when I purchased a mountain bike but I'm not a complete novice.

There's a car park (click for foggy picture) on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.

WSMTB and BMORC are inviting everyone to come along and help make a dent in the Lantana infestation that is taking over Yellomundee.

• When: Saturday 9 June, 2012, from 8am to about midday (but anytime you have free would be greatly appreciated).
• Where: Meet at Yellomundee RP top gate
• Wear: Boots, long trousers and long sleeved shirts. NPWS will provide gloves, but bring some if you have them.
• Tools: Bring loppers, sheers and/or Saws. NPWS will provide some tools, and chemicals.
• Lunch: TBC, will either be a BBQ or BYO

I want to build up a resource database. I hear people make quotes from documents and I often would like to know where they come from, Some examples "Mountain Bikes are sold more than Road bikes" and "There are more middle aged men Riding bikes than there is playing Golf"

If you have Advocay Links bookmarked away or know of other resources, please share.

Here's an opportunity to help out at your nearest XC race venue - ie Yellomundee Regional Park (it's only 55 minutes from Lindfield, the same time as getting to Ourimbah):
