1832 Bridle Trail
This was once the Bridle trail used to travel up the Blue Mountains along Mitchells pass before Lennox Bridge was built.
Elizabeth Firetrail
This firetrail starts with the Intersection from Lovers Walk firetrail and travels south to Elizabeth Lookout
Lovers Walk
Lovers Walk is the main firetrail that follows the ridge from Barnett St to Marges lookout

Knapsack Downhill
I was out in Knapsack last night and heard mottos fanging around. I rode over to where they were and discovered them heading down the downhill track.
DH Access trail
Access trail from Lovers Walk Firetrail to the Start of Stringline (Downhill trail).
Mitchels Pass Hike-a-bike
This old walking trail can be used as a Hike-a-bike back to the top. It isn't easy.

Flinging Single Speed
Being 6'5, 95kg riding a SS I struggle with keeping myself cool, hydrated and fed in nearly all the races I do, it was nice to have no problems during this race with the cool weather. Both transitions I headed to the portaloo for a piddle which meant Hydration was fine with less than 3 bottles consumed, still a bit much fluid for the conditions but I'd rather over hydrate than suffer.

Yellomundee Regional Park update for 10 Nov
Got a ride in before the rain came in. Was 2 fallen trees across the start of the moto track that were going to need a chainsaw. I ran into Ranger Paul G. with the Bush care group down at Shaws Farm and told him about the fallen trees. Said he would take care of them after lunch. Though it started raining before lunch and continued most of the afternoon so I do not know if he got around to removing the fallen trees.

1st place BMORC, Welby 7hr
Round 4 of the SRAM Singletrack mind series was held at Welby in the Southern Highlands.
Having raced at Welby last year, I knew what I was in for; not huge amounts of climbing but technical pinchy climbs that really sap the legs. Getting flow and holding momentum is really hard at Welby. In saying that, it is a really fun track to ride around - perfect place for a social ride to take on your mates.
On Saturday afternoon Craig and myself headed out for a couple of recce laps. The course was dry, dusty and loose. It was fun to ride around but would prove to be a tough racetrack.

Andersons update for 04 Nov
Huge tree down just before the final run to the creek - completely across the track. Still lots of sticks and things around so take care.
