Friday Frenzy around Knapsack

We ask visitors to please park here to not affect the residents. Plenty of parking plus amenities.
Rivaling the Wednesday Night Social, we will head out for some social laps around knapsack.
Meeting at the skate park at 7pm.
29er Tandemanium
Well the long awaited 29er has arrived and had its maiden voyage Sunday night. Congrats to stokes on his new steed. All I can say is....."its a beast to ride". If you thought the 26" was quick on the dirt, then this machine just eats up all the bumps.
Thanks to Kerry at Phantom for building it up for us, its a nice machine.
With the 202cm ice techs it pulls up really well, and the fox floats in unison with the thud buster make for a nice combination in smoothing the trails.
Knapsack Reserve update for 16 Aug
Still a few branches around and a tree down on the double track near the pile of rock on Lovers walk.
This Tawny Frogmouth was sitting in a small tree next to the track. He didn't move as we rode past.

Bee's Nest - 7min21sec
Beautiful afternoon for a ride around Winmalee.
Had a solid crack at Bee's Nest climb. Managed 7.21 which is over 35sec faster than my previous best.

The Oaks update for 14 Aug
Watch out for a tree across the Single track about 300 metres down from the Red Hands road crossing. There are still a few smaller branches around too. Bennetts Ridge has a tree down just out of Euroka.

Western Sydney Regional Park update for 01 Aug
Its August, the park is now open until 7pm again. Grass was a little moist in a few small locations but majority is dry.
