IMBA Trail Building Workshop - August 18th & 19th
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
There's a car park (click for foggy picture) on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.

From the NPWS site:
Kathmandu Multisport Event - Saturday 4 August and Sunday 5 August
The Oaks Fire trail will be CLOSED at the Ironbarks from 1030 to 1600 on both days.
No access for vehicles to Red Hand Caves or Nepean Lookout, Woodford-Oaks Trail.
Access to Euroka Picnic and Camping area and Mt Portal will remain open. Visitors are advised that associated areas are expected to be busier than usual on both days.

G'day guys,
I have been liaising with NPWS to try and get approval to trim back the Linden Ridge single track.
It's been a slow process and we still don't have approval. Firstly they had to work out who's jurisdiction it belonged to. That has been solved now they need to know more about the track as there isn't much known about.
The ranger in charge has been out to investigate but could not find its start or the photographed sign post found in our rides database.
Glenbrook Social Ride

Glenbrook Park. In the small car park opposite the shops.
Glenbrook to the Oaks(the middle gate) via Euroka Clearing and Bennetts Ridge firetrail, return on the Oaks single track.

Looking good at the moment. There's still a tree down on the track between Moore and Barnett streets if you are heading over from the Glenbrook village.
