BJ's Urgent Trailwork
Just wondering when some trailwork is planned for BJ's? This area has been constantly degrading for years now, and has reached a point where it is getting quite dangerous due to the continual emergence of new lines emerging around the obstacles, such as the rock drop offs.
As you can see in my photos there are now multiple lines do not flow, running off camber across the face of the hill which is being ripped up by rear wheel skidding. This is starting to cause erosion which will get worse with this weeks rainfall.

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 19 Apr
For the amount of rain it was slippery this morning. not many puddles but some boggy sections on kennies in the shady sections but dry in the open sections. I lost it a couple of times on the tree roots and went sideways in the clay on the dipper while free wheeling down didn't even touch the brakes to achieve a good drift.

Good for a swim

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 10 Apr
Green. A lot of the little puddles have dried up since yesterday. Amazing how much it has changed even in one day, thanks to the dry winds.
Get out there! But beware, quite a few strollers, and even one couple just sitting in the middle of the single track on Kennys.

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 09 Apr
I would really prefer to call this GREEN, but am rating conservatively based on the few puddles still lying around. The tracks are in great nick all around, riding really well, nice and sticky.
It is a little slippery across Bailey's Paddock so care needs to be taken there, as it looks ok but easy to get a 2-wheel drift on the slimey dark clay.
Some sections of track that have been exposed to the sun and wind are actually bone dry and even dusty in parts. Conversely the puddles remain under canopies where you would expect them to be.
All dry and rideable through the Shaft etc. Actually I rode most of the trails apart from S&L (which was fine 2 days ago), and BJs, which I would expect to be ok.
Deluge is dry too which is always a good indicator.
We may get a shower or two before the weekend but even then I think this wind will help things dry out and the tracks should hold up well for the weekend crews.

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 08 Apr
The wind is drying out the trails but they are covering the trail with branches. Still a few puddles around so amber

Awaba State Forest update for 04 Apr
How bad is it in AWABA? Had plans to ride there early next week. There is sun on the horizon, but I wonder if it's enough...
Anyone got an update on how much it's raining down there?

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 02 Apr
The trails are great. When the rain passes so quickly it doesn't soak in. Nothing but hero dirt and 2 or 3 isolated puddles (1 bad one on Kennys) which is enough to warrant an amber status. Should be Green by the weekend.
