Extra spaces opened up for the 2012 Kanangra Classic
After the sell out success of last years Kanangra Classic, we can announce that we will have an extra 300 spots up for grabs in this years event!
Spaces are filling fast, so if you missed out on a spot last year, now is the time to get your entry in.
For those who don't know about this event, the Kanangra Classic is a great weekend of outdoor recreation held in the beautiful Kanangra Boyd National Park. Located just 146km west of Penrith and approx 30 minutes from the Oberon township the Kanangra Boyd National Park is an iconic part of the greater Blue Mountains.
Cadabra Vs Trance?
Hey Guys,
I am looking at getting a new bike and can't decide between the two. Is there anyone out there that has ridden both and can give me an idea of how they handle? I am looking at doing some XC racing but also enjoying bombing downhill on the weekends. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
old bar to wallabi tracks??
I was wondering who is making the tracks between wallabi and old bar, because a few days ago i came across a few log rides and tracks, but the main track that goes from forrest lane to wallabi is cut of bye a fence right at the end. (single track)
if there is a few riders that ride in there please tell me because i might start making tracks in there for you all.
??

Scott Reflex 15 2007 (Medium) SORRY, ITS SOLD
I have recently upgraded to the new Genius and have my Scott Reflex 15 full suspension bike on the market. The bike is in good condition, just 1 year old (purchased in Jan 2008) and has a brand new complete rear end on it thanks to Scott. The rear shock has just been serviced by Scott. The whole bike has just had a service, it has new brake pads, new small and middle rings on the front, a new Maxxis 2.35 Larson on the rear and a not too old Maxxis 2.35 Ignitor on the front, a great combo for sure grip and peddling/rolling.
Mountain biking in Nepal - have you been there?
Hi there - question for some really steep hills...
I am heading to Kathmandu, Nepal tomorrow (for work) and want to look into the local mountain bike scene as well.
I'll be over there again in Feb / March 08 and potentially go on on of the guided tours leaving from Pokhara, Jomosom or KTM. Has anyone been there for MTB? How good are the local rental bikes (they use mainly relatively low-tech hardtails with v-brakes etc to ensure parts supply...)?
Is it feasible to take my trusty FSR dually or will it be crushed on the plane?
