You lot may already be up on this but it was news to me... Mum said today on the radio they said Red Hill, Oxford Falls West and Lizard Rock are all saved from being devloped for the next 10 years!
What a relief I don't have to leave Sydney for 10 years if I don't want to!!!

Borrowing or renting a Bike Box/Hard case for NZ trip
I'm looking to borrow or rent a Bike Box/Hard case for the upcoming NZ/Rotorua trip.
Any recommendations? Should be able to hold & protect a large size 6 inch MTB (Spesh Enduro) with triple clamp fork.
Something like this would be ideal:
Thankyou for any tips. Alternatively I will have to consider renting a decent bike locally in Rotorua.

Number of days spent in Canberra = 7
Number of sunny days @ 16 to 20 degrees = 7
Number of mornings at below 8 degrees = 7
Maximum number of layers worn = 2
Number of days I've STILL worn shorts = 6
Number of telecommunications devices installed in rented unit since discovering the phone has never been connected and not wanting to spend $300 to connect one for 4/5 months tenancy = 2 (mobile phone and wireless internet)
Number of times I've tried to cancel Foxtel = 2
Number of times I've been convinced by Foxtel to keep it and pay more money for the privilege = 2

Just wanting to see if there is any interest for a Sunday morning ride?
Somewhere fun like Red Hill or Oxford Falls Dh. Will be wanting to take the big bike & have some fun.
