Terrey Hills Shops....usual place, in the carpark near to the Fire station.
Details:
I'd like to ride Duck holes> then out along west head rd to the Basin> back to either do Bairne or Salavation Track> waratah track> back along centre track. Overall I'm flexible which trails I ride.
I'm looking to do about ??km, or 3.5 hours. Minimal stops along the way.
This is a training ride for the upcoming DirtWorks. (I need to do something)
Looking at a reasonable pace, i.e HR around 140/150.
