Details:
Have just registered for 3 Ring Circus. If anyone else is gathering under the big top, let's know about it. I'm pretty new to enduro races. Just did capital punishment 50kms, time on the bike in total 4 hours (without the timing adjustment) to give an idea of my casual pace. It's more about finishing and having a ball on the downhill bits for me.
Who's in?
Heckler, evan, Steve 01, Deano, garyinoz, linco, Newton, Pedalgogy, Medigger, FOB, tate, evil4hire, twotommos, ben.archer, ps, lezo, p2tx8, vtr boy (18 riders)

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if this race is a 50k flate out race or 3 seperate races - 6k, 25k & 19k.
Tried emailing website to no avail.
I'm new to racing mtb and have entered a few different ones as well as this (sounds like a blast) just not sure on the racing program.
Look forward to meeting a few of ya's out there. Look for a white Felt 29er HT
Its a 50km race so if you are doing it all you don't stop unless you need water or food.
Any news on the condition of the tracks at Wingello? Has the rain been hitting down there? If it is anything like Sydney at the moment it will be shocking after a few hundred riders tear it up.
Looks like they have had a bit recently but still over a week to go. I would say they generally don't get the hammering Sydney does and it normally one of the few dry places to ride.

Answer seems to be "yes, but not as bad as Sydney". Still a few days to dry out as well....
guys I was checking out the BOM site yesterday and all seems dry this week down there with a possible shower, yep you guessed it Sunday. Forecast is 2-13 degrees for the next 4-5 days. Lucky we have a gentlemans start time of 10am to get some blood flowing in the fingers.
I'll be wearing the same kit as the photo, come and say g'day before the race.
Have a great ride everyone and for the really competative guys, go hard and I hope you get on the steps. For the rest of us, hope you beat your berst time and fun without injury...

Is there anyone silly like me camping on Saturday night ?Took the easy option and stayed home in the warmth. Will drive down in th morning.
Cheers
Evan
I'm camping on Sat night as I'm also riding sat nights race, who else is doing the night ride? Going to be damned cold so not looking forward to sleeping out. Going to have to ride faster to warm up eh?
Well my run of not having a single healthy event this year continues. I had a respite 2 weeks ago where my ongoing chest infection cleared the day before the Rocky Trail event at Awaba (but then my dodgy back played up!) but it came back a couple of days later and I can't shake it.
It's too late to transfer entries now so if anyone is considering entering at this late stage they are welcome to take my place and pretend they are Fatboy. Freebies of course. Problem is you must have a decent girth or nobody will believe you are the real Fatboy! PM me for details if you are interested.
Good luck for everyone racing tomorrow and keep the rubber side down
