This ride was meant to be the first week of me riding every Tuesday and Thursday evening as my fitness is slowly going down while my girth is going up. Tuesdays and Thursdays work better for me. Sorry.
normally i can do Tuesday or Wednesday but this week is about the only one i am busy on a tuesday - sods law really!
