Oaks + Andos - Up... up... up training ride
Hey guys, since Angry Doctor will be an elevation madness event, I'm thinking in putting some uphill Kays and it seems that Oaks + Andos is a good take (longish and good elevation). What about 14th of June??? Any takers???
Cheers,
Leo.

I'd be up for that however I'm not sure if going up the Andos is humanly possible after the (second) creek crossing
Wouldn't mind also adding a 80-100Ks on the GNR to the angry doctor training program

Hey Leo, which way you going?
Kinda agree with Alysum - can you get up Andos?
We might be in.... we had been talking about Andos and Oaks next weekend - havent been since we got lost

experience is something you usually get right after you need it
I will be ok for this on Saturday. Although it is early I would prefer to get the 6:53am train at Glenbrook. This arrives at Wentworth falls at 7:41am.
Cheers

Brian> the ride is in the opposite of the usual direction !
Hope this doesn't discourage you by the way you're really an early bird with a 7am start !!!
I didn't even notice. That makes for a long day which makes me think I might skip this this, maybe... Lets see what happens.
Hey guys, the ride was supposed to go from Glenbrook to Wentworth Falls, which should be a good training to Angry Doctor (the stats show that it is 2/3 of the AD with 62Km and over 1800m of elevation gain). Recent developments may make me skip this weekend and that’s why I haven’t posted the ride yet.
If any of you are still willing to go, please post the ride and I may show up.
Cheers,
Leo.
I'm still keen to do it but perhaps the easier way lol any takers ? Brian ?

I have also been looking at the Ourimbah one here http://nobmob.com/node/5275 as I haven't been there before but that hasn't progressed further at this stage. Maybe it needs a bump?
though riding up the Ando's could be a challenge we could always try the Ingar instead, its alittle shorter but has the same elevation finishes at the hospital to make for a good hill climb.
If your not out there doing it,
Someone else is
did this ride go ahead or was it put back

it didn't go ahead, they went to Ourimbah instead. But I might to the Oaks up and down tomorrow pending on weather and my fitness after a huge OTB today
