Hey guys,
As you would be aware, Ku-ring-gai Council has recently put some signs up the top of the trail implying that it is an approved bike track. This is however not entirely the case. It was apparently too well built, to justify the cost of destroying it so they put the signs in as a temporary measure.
In the mood (world cup 2010 #5)
If this doesn't get you in the mood for a ride this weekend, nothing will!
The skills these guys have are insane - how did Gwin hold onto that!?
Fantastic clip of the DH world cup round at Val di Sole!
AMBC Learning to Fly - Introductory DH Clinic
Morgan Rd, Oxford Falls
Who is this course for?
For the experienced rider, this course is specifically aimed at taking those with some technical skills to the world of DH and freeriding. Covering downhill fundamentals, Learning to Fly introduces the techniques needed when the trail gets steep, jumps & tabletops appear and you want to get some air!

Thredbo DH
I am heading down to Thredbo to do some Cannonball shenanigans this coming Anzac long weekend.
Just wondering if anyone else had any plans to head down and wanted to get together for some runs down the mountain.
I will be riding Sunday 25th and Maybe the afternoon of Saturday 24th.
A sad day for mtb, the loss of OBR
Damn despite a positive report and encouraging recommendations BMCC Councillors last night voted to close down the long established trails along side Old Bathurst Rd, Blaxland.
Standing alone in support was Clr Luccetti.
The construction and continued use of "Candy bar", a poorly constructed and thought out trail at Mt Riverview condemned by senior riders since it's creation, was a contributing factor in this decision and those riders responsible need to take a long hard look at themselves.
AMBC Learning to Fly - Introductory DH Clinic
Morgan Road, Belrose. At the second 90 degree right hand bend in the road. There's an area just before you can park and a firetrail heading off to the left.
