The Manly Warringah War Memorial Park is Crown Land managed by Warringah Council. It is a unique and much loved area of bushland in Sydney that is used by many different groups of people as well as providing a habitat for native flora and fauna.

Basically it is a Narrabeen Lagoon Plan of Management Community Workshop run by Warringah council. The cycling interest here is that much of the lagoon catchment is suitable for off road cycling (Oxford Falls, Red Hill, etc).

sunday morning Menai for non flingers

with all the rain around menai will be one of the few places still rideable ,so I'm planing an XC tour including all my favourite bits will go through the mini freeride area for some xtra fun will include a bit of technical stuff, is a social ride so some stops and rest breaks are definate, probably do around 25km

I am doing the Fat Tyre Festival and looking at my calendar this looks to be my only time I have to put in a few laps. All welcomed to join me. The laps should be at a descent pace with breaks in between.

This is a second go since it was too wet on the 6th. Hopefully I will have my bike back as well.
