What bottom bracket is compatible?
I did a bit of an overhaul on my bike this afternoon and noticed the cranks were a bit stiff to turn, after further investigation it turns out the right hand side BB bearing has seized. As I'm up for a replacement, I thought I may as well upgrade at the same time. The only problem is, I don't know how to read the markings and work out what size I'm looking for. Here are a couple of pics, if someone would be so kind as to de-code them for me. 
Terrey Hills update for 20 Mar
Perimeter / Long has only a couple of wet spots, the rest is dry and good. Sand is starting to get a bit soft again. A bit dark at night though....

Yellomundee Regional Park - Track Work
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
There's a car park (click for foggy picture) on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.
Western Sydney MTB Club is holding a Track Work morning at Yellomundee RP on Saturday 6 April. All riders are more than welcome to contribute to maintaining the tracks at Yellomundee. Meet at 8am at the top gate for briefing.
Bring line trimmers, loppers, cutters, wheelbarrows, shovels, etc. Wear trousers and boots for safety. Please bring water for drinking etc.

All riders are welcome at the WSMTB Club XC Round 2 to be held at Yellomundee on Sunday 14 April. U10s from 8.30 (rego beforehand). Rego open from 8am to 8.50am sharp. U13s race at 9am, with U15s and Seniors at 9.30am.

Yellomundee Regional Park update for 20 Mar
The track itself at Yelloundee is in reasonable condition. WSMTB raced there on Sunday 17 March. However, despite quite a bit of effort in the week before (including Friday PM), some of the track edges are still overgrown. The grass growth in Feb/March has been the highest for a number of years.
There will be another Track Work morning there on Saturday 6 April from 8am to around midday. All riders are welcome to attend and keep YRP in good order. Bring line trimmers, loppers, cutters, wheelbarrows, shovels etc. Please wear long trousers and boots.
As for the area north of Shaws Farm (responding to Smiley's comment: The bridges overs Shaws Creek were washed away in Feb 2012, and we have been discussing the replacements with NPWS. This was first held up by the delays in the Archaelogical Heritage Survey of the area, and more recently with NPWS being a bit reluctant to allow MTB in that northern area (as it was not mentioned in the Plan of Management). We have continually pointed out that MTB has been carried out in the northern area since the late 1980s. Hopefully progress will be made this year!

Its been two years since my only Capital Punishment race so was happy to go back down to Canberra for another go.
Adaptor
Hi ,Does anyone know where to buy a 9mm quick release to 15 mm through axel adaptor for a front wheel bike carrier . I've tried Thule and they said at least 6 weeks. Bike addiction are also a couple of weeks to get them. I'm not sure if Rola make one . Or does anyone have one they no longer need and want to sell. I'm on the Northen Beaches. Thanks
