Manly Dam update for 24 Mar
Still very much green. Dry and hot today - a couple of small puddles on the firetrail after the big hill, but otherwise very dry and dusty!

Fast first lap, not so fast on the second
Did a good first lap (33 mins), second lap was a bit slower with a few slower riders and a council range 4x4 coming down the big hill! Pretty pleased with this time though as a first posting!
Ourimbah State Forest update for 24 Mar
All fine, though the Meadows section seems rather eroded, but there is a clear way around all this.
It's a great track, Roller Coaster is still one of the highlights.

Flow Rollercoaster - RockyTrail Entertainment - race pics
Any body here go in the flow rollercoaster at delrio? such a fun event, was really good to meet a lot of new riders on the day.
i have a bunch of pics of different riders i'm selling if folks want some race pics of themselves. i didnt get everyone with the 2 trail system plus i was racing myself. but there is some good stuff in there

Wingello condition and recent gps trace
I'm going to head down to Wingello tomorrow morning and wondered if anyone had ridden there recently and know the condition of the trails.
If someone has a recent trace of the red and yellow loops I could have, that would be great.

Bleeding XT 785's easy or hard?
Levers have too much play and are in need of bleeding. Is this a DIY job if you have the right tools or LBS?
What tools are required if DIY?

Roundabout near Japanese School, Terrey Hills (end of Echunga road)
FULL MOON NIGHT RIDE
The Route: Terrey Hills, Perimeter + Long Trail(18.5km round trip)
This social ride starts at 7:00pm at the Japanese School Roundabout (end of Echunga road), to avoid the muddy bits. This will also give enough time to get back and share some 'tales and ales' and schnitzels at the Tavern.
Social Pace - newbies welcome too - the more the merrier.

Ready for oxford falls
Hey guys
looking for some expert advice. I am a bit bored of manly dam so want to go to oxford falls. However im not sure if im ready. I have been off 6-7 foot drops,does that mean i can go? or should i wait till im better. I m not gonna lie im pretty nervous. Really appreciate some feed back.
