The mis-shapen gap jump
The photo makes it look smaller than it actually is, but this is a gap jump that needs some work to make the kick comfortable for XC machines. You can roll over the entire jump making it safe navigating.

Some more techy sections... a couple of rocky roll-offs leading into a hairpin bend.

A chain of technical challenges: two log jump/roll-offs, leading into a large berm, then 4 consecutive rock gardens. A challenge for those that want it!
Downhill sniggle - part 1
A downhill section of single track, it is fairly steep, look out for the tree!
Waratah Track update for 18 Jun
Although I didn't ride this trail, from the amount of standing water on the sides of West Head road, the creek and other trails that are visible it's obvious that down the end of Waratah it's going to be a bog!

Salvation Tracks update for 18 Jun
Riding by today notice a lot of standing water visible on the North entrance. You can guess it will be very wet on the rest of this trail

Terrey Hills/Central Track status
Hi, am thinking of heading to central track near Jap schools on Sunday morning. Any reports of track status, after heavy rain this week?
Menai conditions???
Has anybody been to Menai / Lucas heights in the last day or so?
Is it a muck fest or looking pretty good?
I rode there a couple of weeks ago and it was nasty.
Anybody got any good news??
