Yellomundee Regional Park update for 20 Jun
YRP is in fine condition. The All Schools MTB race on Sunday 20 June was a great success.
As always, we ask riders to give Yellomundee a miss for a day or two after heavy rain. This site is still the ONLY large area of single track on public land close to Sydney which is regularly available for events - please use it sustainably.
Thanks

Camden "Kessel Run" Sat 9am?
I'm keen for another go at the Kessel Run out at Camden, a fantastic 100% singletrack ride which a group of us did recently.
Given that the forecast is currently for dry weather all week, this weekend is looking good.
So just want to see if anyone's interested in hitting it say Saturday 9am.
If there's some interest I'll create a ride meeting.

Royal National Park update for 19 Jun
Rode here yesterday morning and it is still not in good shape. Even the fire roads are messy. We tried to avoid the single track and ended up only doing half the normal route. It it stays dry and the sun stays out, it hopefully will dry out by next weekend.

Advice
This is a shout-out to all of you that have competed at the Back Yamma Bigfoot event last year, i need some advice on training. My fitness is at a good level and getting better each week, but i need to hit the trails (as soon as they dry out :S) to work on some technical skills. This being my first race and first time at the Bigfoot event, i was wondering if anyone could tell me:
1. How technical is the 50km event?
2. What are some good technical rides (within the NBeaches).

Berowra Valley update for 19 Jun
Not to bad. I rode from Quarry rd to Stewart ave + extras.
Water across alot of track, but mostly just on surface.
Though there is some parts you should take care when riding on.

Appin update for 19 Jun
Rode this today following reports it was dry. Wrong! Some sections were dry, however it was quite wet in parts, with some muddy sections and quite a few puddles. There were alot of people out riding and muddy wheel ruts were starting to form in a few places. Probably best to stay off it until its a bit drier.

Dumping at Oxford Falls
Hey guys,
think this is the right spot for this but this afternoon a couple of mates and i were out riding Oxford falls. When we'd finished and were packing up to leave at the bottom of the hill we noticed an old bloke come in with a cruddy old ute (looked like an old ford courier or similar) loaded up with a trailer..

Centre Track update for 19 Jun
