Servicing Shocks and Forks
I think my forks and shock need a service. (Fox 36 Float R and Fox DHX 3.0)
How easy/difficult is it to service them?
Are any special tools required?
whats spares (seals, oil, etc) do i need to replace?

Headset
I'm looking for some advice on a new headset if I can please?
My current one has gone very gritty and after pulling it out, cleaning, re-greasing and putting back together is not much better 
.
I'm thinking I should replace the whole set and not just the bearings so that the seals and races (?) are replaced too. I did notice when I pulled it apart quite a lot of sand sitting above the star nut - I guess this has entered from the underside whilst riding and washing. Is it worthwhile trying to seal off the bottom of the tube?

Hey Rob
I prolly spend 70%+ of my NoBMoB access via my iPhone. Problem is though is the site isn't very mobile friendly. Any plan to support mobile access? Is it a simple CSS switch? I don't really know much about Drupal.
Got any mobile browser stats for the site?

EDIT: When I say unfriendly, im mainly refering more to the fixed width nature of the comments form field. Tis a tad on the wide side.

Terrey Hills update for 17 Apr
I rode the perimeter and long trail this morning. The condition of the trail has improved from 2 weeks ago and the hill at the end of the Long trail has firmed up alot.....(Bondi has goooooone.)
BUT.........
We need some rain to pack down the trail a little more....still very loose in places and heavy on your drive train....the sand is like clue!
It's close to a green light, but i'll hang on the fence and keep it at AMBER!!

Kiwarrak State Forest update for 17 Apr
Awesome singletrack - network now totals roughly 30km, of which I've ridden 18.
The locals are passionate about their riding and groom the trails with leafblowers! Best riding I've done in the last two years. Some good elevation change - bring your climbng legs!
