Once again it's that time of year where we will all (well, mostly all) have time to get out on the trails and enjoy whatever form of riding it is we love.
Big shout out to all those who showed up to the Xmas ride recently and made it what sounds like a big success. And thanks to the other Rob for organising. Don't forget anyone can post up their social rides in the calendar for more of the same.
More thanks go to Tristan for his insightful post about the morning. Very good points for all those who have forgotten about the true meaning of Xmas... erm... I mean MTB 
So, whatever your plans this holiday season, wishing you happy trails. Enjoy & stay safe.

For Sale: TWE 29er rims
Used 29er rims sold as a set. The one rim is in very good condition and the second has a few dings. If you are only interested in the good one I will sell for $50. I used to race with these wheels but have moved to carbon rims.
Bantry Bay update for 23 Dec
Serrata and Ghania are in perfect condition... the Trail Scape crew should be commended for building such awesome trails!
Daisy Duke is OK; little bit of water at the base of the trail but much less than after previous heavy rains. Possums has some water in the usual places but mostly dry. Mistress was fry and riding well.
The Bantry Bay fire trail had some large puddles that need to be ridden through but nothing worth calling the area amber.
In short.... get out there and enjoy it!!

Stolen Norco Sight 2014

NORCO Sight 2014 7.1 Carbon with modifications see below... thanks!!!
Stolen this am 22.12.15 suspect professional as extremely quickly from locked car parked for moments while other goods loaded (via smashed window and run). This is a 2014 carbon Sight 7.1 27.5, with a few modifications to distinguish it. There are a few of these kicking around, but this one looks a lot burlier with 35mm blank carbon rims on hope hubs, see pic.
