Next ride idea... Marramarra
Greetings!!
As we originally rode Marramarra over a year ago now, I think it's about time we got out there again. Any interest out there for another Marramarra expedition? I am sure there are lots of newer Nobs on the site that have never seen the place. It is tops.
Some previous details are here: http://nobmob.com/node/1592
Anyone interested?

Brisbane Waters National Park - anyone interested?
I missed the last (and only?) ride that took place at Brisbane Waters National Park. I understand this was a great ride, but I have only ever seen the pictures! Was anyone interested in riding through there again over Christmas? Rob, do you know the way around there?

The Winner
Check this out... the old man has pulled this out from his garage. It's an old 10 speed Raleigh Winner from my childhood. Well, from mid-teens - it's 21" frame IIRC. It came with drops but I liked the flat bars more, even back then. Looks like he's been playing with the geometry though, I don't recall it being that way!
There's a dyno that fits under the bottom bracket and runs against the flat of the tyre, rather than one that runs on the edge of the tyre like most do. Powers a front halogen headlight. This was all pretty hi-tech back then

Red Hill, the place to be
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Red Hill Reserve car park, off Lady Penryhn Drive, Beacon Hill. Another option is to ride over here from Oxford Falls.
Greetings!
Great news, we have a consensus for a Red Hill ride. You know the drill, parking is on Lady Penrhyn Drive. I will be there in a blue Mazda. Even Beany is sure to be there.
So let the fun begin! Anyone that wishes may decorate their steed with a Christmas decoration of their preference. All are welcome. Santa suits are to be encouraged, but you may find it a tad hot.
HO HO HO!! On Rudolph!! On Blitzen!!...
