Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some quick (and sometimes silly) answers to some frequently asked questions.
Hopefully we will elaborate on some of the more complicated ones elsewhere.
The NoBMoB Handbook
You've visited the site, bought the tee shirt and seen the movie. What more is there to do now then read all about it in this... the NoBMoB Handbook.
This is a place to stash all the questions asked about the site and how to use it, about rides, trail etiquette and all the other useful bits of information that people look for from time to time and that seem out of place in the forum.
If you're reading this online then there should be a navigation block on the right to help you through, or just click to one of the child pages of the handbook below.

Waratah Track
Out and back with a couple of surprisingly steep pinches.
Centre Track
Bit rough and steep at the North end but aside from that pretty standard fire trail.
Long Track
Don't let the profile worry you - note the altitude range is only about 30m.
So this is a pretty flat out and back with a nice view at the end:
Beginners may find one or two steep parts (one out, one back) tricky here, but they are short enough so should be right aside from that. Few sections of waterbars to take care/have fun on (depending on your point of view)

2008 World Champs Car Pool - Sydney to Canbera loners unite
For all those wanting to watch the World Champs 30th - 31st August but just don't have a crew to make it happen.
This is now 'Locked in' => http://nobmob.com/node/6008
We will leave early Saturday morning and return Sunday night.
Accomodation options are to either camp or find a reasonable and cheap motel/lodge/hostel

Brits Domination (!)
I would just like to say well done to the Brits in the Track cycling. As a Pom myself it makes me proud to come from such good stock, this year anyway
Oh, and the Aussies did quite well too.
