NEWSFLASH. Disappointed AMBC course attendee puts up short notice Terrey Hills/Centre/Duckholes ride to feel better about Saturday's course being postponed due to temporary closure of Manly Dam. Bummer.
I'm not expecting anyone to be there what with the 12 hour notice and all (and you're all probably dead from your Oaks ride), but if you are, look out for the tall guy who's got a sudden window in his riding calendar.

Is there anyone who is selling or know of someone who is selling a DW100 or 50km entry?
I am willing to pay price for it. Anybody with information could PM me or reply to this thread that would be great.

Get on the Oaks Train
All were keen and Alex led the way. Damien and he were getting away but managed to reel them back in and get on the train. Damien had a brief 'moment' which was... erm... interesting getting off line at about 50Km/h 
Finished up Alex/Rob/Damien all within a few seconds... although Alex might have been more ahead than that when I actually pressed the lap button up top. Still, those two did a lot of the work, thanks guys, a blast as always!

EPA patrols target mountain bikes in Samford Forest Reserve
Something bad is happening 
FYI, this reserve is in QLD by the look of it, but the point is we should all try our best to ride legally and not let something similar happen here.

Mountain bike riders who don’t stick to designated trails in parks and reserves and damage the natural environment could face on-the-spot penalties.
The Environmental Protection Agency’s Senior Ranger Justin Lee said trees had been illegally cut down and vegetation cleared to construct a massive jump at Samford Forest Reserve.

I Have upgraded my frame to a litespeed so this one is up for grabs.
Colour scheme is White with black detailing and a carbon rear end.
frame: Composite carbon fibre/ALUXX SL alloy blend
fork: Composite blade, 1 1/8th alloy ahead steerer
includes headset and i can throw in a seat post if needed (27.2mm)
It is in great condition, it has been very well looked after.
The frame has had about 1500km of riding in a dry cold winter in dunedin so it hasnt seen much water or bad riding conditions.
It has never been crashed either.
i can send photos if needed.
