For Sale: Free Bike work stand & work bench
Moving house and need to clear my garage as I don't have one at my new place.
Perfect for your garage as it was for mine. The looks won't exactly give you a semi but it's simple and practical.
Work stand is made by myself as is the work table. Having trouble posting pics on here so until I work it out I can email/text photos.
Absolutely free. Just bring a ute and get it in Frenchs forest. Can disassemble the table for you as it is pretty heavy! Will also be there on Sundays to help you load.

Singletrack Mind Series Round 5
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
The city of Orange is around 4 hrs from Sydney and 3 hrs from Canberra. Kinross State Forest is situated on the northeast edge of town, a 10 minute drive or 20 minute ride from the Orange town centre.
Meet at the Bulgas Road carpark, Western edge of the forest.
Drive out from Orange on the Ophir Rd, before you reach the rubbish tip, turn right onto Bulgas Rd. Follow this about 2km to the forest (the road turns to gravel).
Note that the 'Directions there' google maps link below may not give the best route/destination. It seems that google maps ignores Bulgas Rd when selecting a route and gives the next closest spot. The 'Meeting point' link should be correct.

An important request from the Mayor of Warringah - remember to share the trails with courtesy
We have received an important request from the Mayor of Warringah regarding concerns some residents in the area have about riders behaviour on the track around Narrabeen Lagoon.
Please take a moment to review this and take on board his message (and one that we have been supporting for many years) that the trails are there to share.
Obviously this is a particularly family friendly trail and not only should riders take care when approaching and passing walkers and joggers, they should also be aware a large number of young children learn to ride (and to love riding) right here.
Full details can be found here: Cyclists on the Narrabeen Lagoon Trail. Please follow up on that thread.

Cyclists on the Narrabeen Lagoon Trail
We received this letter from the Mayor of Warringah last night.
Please note the Mayor's concerns and remember to always be courteous to other trail users. I have updated the General Trail Etiquette page as is suggested.

Lane Cove National Park update for 11 Feb
Rode from Robin Av through to Day Rd and Belinda Cr this morning. Some light showers overnight has made the trails very grippy - great conditions for a ride.
Was good to have a quick chat at the top of the 'Heart Starter' climb with jp who looked pretty fresh whilst in the middle of doing 8 hill repeats
Do you have more information?
If you've ridden here lately please add a more recent report. This will be useful even if the condition is the same as updates expire after 30 days.
Please do not post comments with such information - post a new update with the link above.
