One year ago i shattered my leg. The last twelve months have been hard work but i feel like its finally starting to pay off. I'm back on my bike having fun and i'm loving it...
Anyone fitted a towbar recently..?
I recently purchased a three bike carrier from T7 that fits onto a towball. Anyone done some research recently on a good service at a good price to fit a towbar on my car?

Ourimbah State Forest update for 24 May
absolute perfection thismorning with a touch of dampness on most of the track & the enhancment of some burms in the last week .This track seems t get better every time I ride it .Started raining halfway round on the 3rd lap & didnt stop ,id give it amber tday after the rain & probly red by tmorrow .
Do you have more information?

Had any experience with Shimano BR-M445/M446 Hydraulic Disc Brakes Set ?
Looking to replace brakes on tight budget, anyone had any exp with them, I ride the normal places in sydney Dam, Red Hill etc with a slow but steady style, so not to many death defying antics.....none that are planned anyway

King Street (near corner with Arana Street), Manly Vale. You know - outside Manly Hydraulics Lab.
I'm going to head out for a lap or two of the dam. Nothing too serious or fast, somewhere in the 35-40 min range but with a little goading I'm happy to go faster or slower. I'd rather not do night laps solo, just in case, so if anyone wants to come for a burl let me know

Does anyone actually stock gear anymore?
Hey guys, I'm getting increasingly frustrated trying to find bike shops that actually stock a decent range of gear and spares (bloody internet).
At the moment I'm looking to buy some MTB shorts but I don't want to fork out $100+ without at least trying them on first, and to be fair dinkum I would like to be able to compare styles first as well.
Can anyone recommend a bike shop in Sydney that actually stocks a range of styles, brands and sizes of MTB Shorts?

Looks like I am paying a visit out at Lawson tomorrow arvo and would like to check out the Lawson's Ridge trails.
Any one got some tips and directions for this neck of the woods? 
Planning to start at Queens road and hit straight out to the north and follow the fire road.
