Highlife Adventures - Manly Dam
Hi !
What a magic day it was on Saturday for a MTB or run around Manly Dam!
On another note I plan to run and MTB around the dam frequently as part of my training so if you are interested to join let me know (note I am slow so you get extra breaks!)

Terrey Hills update for 25 Mar
Green as long as you start from Echunga. (Japanese School) - Usual puddles, but nothing you cant ride around. Track dry and fast.

The Oaks update for 25 Mar
Rode the Oaks in reverse yesterday. Causeway water levels low enough to ride across with no problems. Firetrail is firm and dry all the way up to Woodford, with some damp muddy sections on the steepest ascents. Sensational riding day yesterday, with crystal clear skies providing stunning views once up on the plateau. The single trail section back down the bottom, was in pretty good nick, only damp & boggy at the point where you turn off to get back on the bitumen. Did not attempt the lower, rougher technical stuff assuming it would still be very wet. Best to err on the side of caustion and let it dry out.

First try for a time
Just not fast enough. Need to work out where time can be gained. Definitely need to get better in the berms.
