Up, and up again, then back, starting at Glenbrook

With a chance the sun will continue to shine Sunday, it's high time to up the training again! And this will be a great way to do it. 
From Glenbrook up The Oaks, Ingars and then back via Andersons. This is an absolutely AWESOME set of trails, that make for a fantastic day's riding.
Normally, this route pretty much has everything, but missing this time will be any singletrack; I'll be giving the (short!) singletrack at the tail end of the Oaks a rest after all the recent rain!.
All up, it's a tad over 100k, which I aiming to do in under seven hours. Hmmm ...
Cascades update for 24 Mar
Almost a green. Lot of standing water still in the usual areas with a lot of mud/ruts around. Lots of dry areas as well. All fallen trees have been removed.

Lane Cove National Park update for 23 Mar
Plenty of puddles and a few quite muddy sections today, but it's not too bad and definitely rideable. Just be prepared to spend some time cleaning your bike afterwards.

Appin update for 23 Mar
Lost track is ride able, there are some very soft spots in the first half of the track but mostly firm.The lower parts of the track have become boggy and the softer parts are now rutted (deeply in places beware) although this is mainly due to what ever MUPPET took their moto crosser through it and tore it up and not the heavy rain or use by MTB'ers.

Still plenty of water on the trail and some of the mud pools are looking bad.
The trail is in pretty bad condition overall. Too bad council won't allow trail maintenance.
